From Fashion to Flesh
{Brandon [ @godxear ] moves through New York with a quiet intensity. Originally from Dallas, his journey brought him here after years of studying fashion design across the globe. The city became a canvas for experimentation, a place to merge the worlds he carries in his mind.
Fashion taught him storytelling through clothing, but tattoos offered immediacy. Each session is a dialogue, a fleeting universe of expression. Every design is a subtle translation of his eclectic life-cyberpunk, horror, sci-fi, dance, toys, rituals of digital culture, textures of the city streets.
His style is self-reflexive, a fusion of cyberpunk, abstract futurism, bio-synthetic and post-human motifs. Brandon oscillates between playful and dark, chaotic and controlled, blending digital aesthetics with organic flow.
Inspiration is everywhere: video games, anime, underground raves, architecture, industrial design, social media, and even broken objects on the street. He collects, experiments, remixes, and reinterprets. Each tattoo is a fragment of this ceaseless curiosity, a tangible embodiment of his mental landscape, yet always shaped by the client who carries it.
The philosophy of his tattoos is fluid. Sometimes a design carries a narrative, other times it is purely aesthetic. He views each piece as part of a larger experiment, a space where the client becomes a participant in his vision.
The future for Brandon is both open and meticulously crafted. International travel, collaborative projects, performance tattoos, even custom software tools - all are part of his vision. Each endeavor is another layer in the system he builds, a hybrid of body, object, and world. The tattoos are never static; they are living extensions of his ceaseless curiosity.
